By placing an order on this website you accept the following terms and conditions of sale.

2. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

3. Order processing

Order processing times vary depending on product availability. If the order includes multiple items, shipment will take place once all products are available.
In case an item is unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail and the order will be updated by removing the unavailable item and issuing the related refund.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS AND RESTOCKING TIMES

For products indicated as “made-to-order”, the preparation time shall be extended by the number of days required for any necessary restocking.
Average restocking times are approximately between 5 and 10 business days, unless otherwise communicated.
Order processing will take place only once the product is effectively available.
Any delays resulting from restocking shall in no case be attributable to Crucitti Srl, nor shall they constitute valid grounds for contract termination or claims for compensation by the purchaser.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders can be delivered by courier or collected directly at our premises.

STORE COLLECTION

Store collection is free at our premises Crucitti Center at Via Terni 27, 20814 Varedo (MB), Italy, during the following hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30–12:00 / 14:00–18:30
  • Saturday: 8:30–12:00 / 15:00–18:30

COURIER SHIPPING

Shipments are available only within Italy.

  • Orders under €99:
    • Standard Courier (5–7 days): €8.00
    • Express Courier (1–3 days): €14.40
  • Orders over €99: Free shipping

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary between 2 and 7 working days from product procurement and commence only after payment confirmation.

  • If the product is in stock, the order will be processed more quickly.
  • For “made-to-order” items, delivery times shall begin from the moment the product becomes effectively available at our premises.
  • Courier transit times begin from the moment the parcel leaves our premises.
  • Any courier delays are not our responsibility.

5. Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return products within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Send an email to support@crucittiworkwear.it, indicating the order number, the products to be returned and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive the return form by e-mail, which must be printed and placed inside the package.
  3. Carefully pack the product(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories and manuals.
  4. Ship the package to the following address: Crucitti S.r.l. – Via Terni 27, 20814 Varedo (MB), Italy.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND

Refunds will be issued only if the returned product is intact, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was shipped.

  • The product must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way.
  • If items do not meet the above requirements, no refund will be issued.

EXCHANGES

We do not perform direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item (e.g. for size or color), return it following the procedure above. Once the return has been received and verified, we will issue the refund. You may then purchase the desired item in a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • In case of an error in the order or a defective product, Crucitti S.r.l. will cover the return shipping costs. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the free return.

6. Prices and availability

Product prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are added to the product price. Prices and availability may be subject to change without notice.

Crucitti Srl undertakes to keep information on prices, availability and product descriptions up to date, but cannot exclude the presence of inadvertent errors. In such cases, the company reserves the right to cancel the order relating to the affected items, without obligation to ship. Where possible, an appropriate alternative may be proposed to the customer.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by:

  • Manufacturer’s conventional warranty (according to the terms provided with the product packaging).
  • Legal warranty of 24 months for conformity defects pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This warranty is reserved for private consumers, i.e. natural persons who purchase for purposes unrelated to their business activity. A 12-month warranty applies only to products used correctly and in accordance with their intended use.

To activate the warranty it is sufficient to retain the purchase invoice.

8. Liability

Crucitti Srl shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer. In the event of delivery difficulties, we will contact the customer directly to agree on an alternative solution.

9. Dispute resolution: applicable law and competent court

These general terms and conditions of contract are governed by Italian law and, for all legal effects, comprehensively regulate the contractual relations between the Professional and the Consumer. For any dispute arising out of, relating to or connected with the interpretation, performance, validity or effectiveness of these terms, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Milan, with possible prior resolution before the Milan Arbitration Chamber pursuant to the conciliation rules adopted.

9.1 Attempt at extrajudicial resolution (ADR)

In accordance with articles 141-ter et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) and Legislative Decree 4 March 2010, no. 28, any consumer dispute may be subject to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings before consumer dispute resolution bodies registered in the relevant list kept by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, under the procedures provided by applicable law.

9.2 Internal complaints procedure

Pursuant to article 141-decies of the Consumer Code, any complaints relating to contractual relations governed by these terms must be submitted in writing to the e-mail address support@crucittiworkwear.it, indicating the subject, a detailed description of the issue and the relevant order number. The company reserves a maximum period of 30 (thirty) working days to provide a written response to the complaint submitted.

9.3 Competent court

The Consumer retains the right to bring the matter directly before the competent judicial authority. Notwithstanding the above, where mandatory consumer-protecting legislation applies, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer located in the territory of the Italian State shall be competent. In all other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction is established with the Court of Milan.

10. Validity of the terms

Crucitti Srl reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be informed of any changes by a notice posted on the website.
